This month we are testing a spreadsheet system for scoring the Spartan sprints. Please use either the Tubby or Skinny spreadsheet, depending on which division you want to enter. See the tips below for advice on how to make the spreadsheets work.

Tips for Using the Spreadsheets

  1. Make sure the second line of the toolbar is open,  by clicking the little wrench on the right side of the upper line of the toolbar. It looks like this:
  2. You will enter your data by using the "insert row" tool in the second line of the toolbar, which looks like this:
  3. Enter your data above the next lowest score.
  4. If you make a mistake and need to remove your new row, click the little triangle to the right of the insert tools and use this command:
  5. When you are done, save your data by pressing the save button in the upper left corner.

Joe S:Got in late from work, but managed to catch ID, CO, MN, NC on 40M. The Spreadsheet works pretty good once I get logged in. Good to see more folks in this fun event. Joe KK5NA
Mike N9OHW:Only worked the last 30 mins. Nothing heard on 20M at that late stage in the game. Switching to 40M, I right away worked K7TQ, W0RSP, W4NJK. Heard but did not work W4USR, N4HAY, WB9QDL. Rig was FT-817ND at 5W and antenna was a Buddipole in vertical configuration, feedpoint up about 25 feet. S7-S8 QRN wiped out everyone but the strongest signals.
Hank K8DD:Late starting, nothing on 20, 80 & 40 were fairly good, just didn't hear that many stations. Getting logged on was a pain, guess I'm not a wiki person! I'm glad to see the scoring spreadsheet, it would be great to get the participation back to the level it was before. 72 73 Hank K8DD
